International (outside Australia)
Shipping to all international locations is charged at $20.

General Terms & Conditions for Shipping

  • Parcels can be signed for by any person over 18 at the delivery address, not just the addressee. 
  • Insurance only offered for deliveries for which a signature is required, or a signed Authority To Leave has been obtained by either Innerware or the Carrier. Once all avenues to recover lost parcels have been exhausted,Innerware will attempt to replace the missing items with the same or similar item, according to the customers wishes. In the event that suitable replacements can not be obtained, then a refund will be given.
  • In the event a parcel is returned undelivered back to Innerware, we will inform you as soon as it has been returned. Innerware does not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, however we will do all we can to recover the parcel on your behalf. If you wish to have the parcel redelivered we can do so, we will advise you of the delivery charge for your parcel to be redelivered. If you would like a refund and your order is within the terms of our 60 Day Returns Policy we can provide a full refund of the items you had ordered less the original postage. Innerware will hold returned parcels for a period of up to 60 days after your original despatch date. Where we have received no response, the order will be cancelled and a credit placed. This credit can be used towards future orders.
  • All exchanges will be sent by standard shipping except where requested on the returns form by selecting the appropriate option. Orders sent by this method can not be insured, and whilst we will endeavour to assist with locating the parcel, but Innerware cannot be held responsible. Redelivery will incur a minimum  $5 fee even if the initial order was posted for free unless agreed upon by Innerware to waive this fee.
  • Innerware reserves the right to charge re-delivery fees where the customer is not available to sign for the parcel.
